Just two days ago I received another such incoming call, and did not pick up. Except she claimed that she had not tried to call me, and was not even using her iPhone at the time of this incoming call. On a second occasion it was a man (again, Asian looking, sitting on a couch) who asked who I was. One on occasion I answered a call (labelled "Mom - FaceTime call" on my phone when I go to pick up) and the person at the other end was an Asian-looking woman I've never seen before who hung up within a few seconds (I'm only including "Asian-looking" in case this is something that is a common occurrence from hackers of a certain country) However, over the past few months, within a few hours of finishing a FaceTime call, I will receive an incoming FaceTime call from her again. I live across the ocean from my mother, and as such we regularly FaceTime call one another to chat (she lives in Canada, and I in Germany).
